Delete your account

Mylo: AI Calorie Tracker, account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your Mylo account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open Mylo and go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

By email

If you can't get into the app, email support@getmylo.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile and body stats, every logged meal, weight entries, custom foods, targets, scan history, and the meal and profile photos stored by Mylo. Database backups roll off within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions.
